Babcock University’s department of Information Resources Management holds an International Conference on Knowledge, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence for a sustainable information profession. The President/ Vice Chancellor, Prof Afolarin Olutunde Ojewole received the conference’s keynote speaker, Dr. Adesoji Tayo in his office. The President/ Vice Chancellor commended Dr. Tayo for making himself available for the essence of innovative development across all relevant industries and sectors of the economy, which he described as the good way to go. Dr. Tayo is Babcock University Alumni President and a renown policy advocate and an administrator in governance innovation/ organizational leadership.
Afterwards, Prof Ojewole proceeded to the venue of the conference and declared it opened where he was honored with recognition award for outstanding and distinguished support for the advancement of quality research, innovation and meaningful industry engagement while the keynote speaker, Dr. Tayo received an appreciation award for his contribution to the Information Technology sector of the nation’s economy.
